By using the traqqer mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

The traqqer app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the app provider and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4. Modification and Termination of Service

The app provider reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any content or features of the app at any time without prior notice. The app provider also reserves the right to terminate the provision of the app without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

The app provider shall not be liable for any damages or troubles incurred by the use of the app. Users use the app at their own risk and shall be responsible for resolving any damages or troubles arising from the use of the app.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms of service.

7. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these terms of service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. The app provider may replace any invalid provision with a valid provision.
